IRIS PAY is also the name of the mobile application through which payments are made.

  • Where can I download the IRIS PAY app?
    The IRIS PAY application is available on Google Play for smartphones and tablets with the Android operating system and on the App Store for smartphones and tablets with the iOS operating system.
  • Why can't I add my account to the IRISPay mobile app?
    Possible reasons for this are as follows: You have not filled in your internet banking username and/or password of the relevant bank, your phone number and/or the IBAN of your account depending on the requirements for adding an account for each bank that is "hooked" into the application of "Iris Solutions" OOD IRIS PAY. You currently do not have access to the Internet. Please check your internet connection and try adding your account again. If you need assistance, contact us .
  • Do I need to have active internet banking to be able to make payments from my bank account through the IRISPay app?"
    Yes, you need to have active internet banking.
  • Do I pay any additional fees?
    The IRIS PAY application is completely free. IRIS PAY app downloads and payments to friends and merchants / businesses are not paid to IRIS PAY. You only pay the fee for the ordered credit transfer according to your bank's tariff.
  • How long does it take for the money I send to a friend to arrive in their account?"
    Payment through IRIS PAY is a type of bank payment, i.e. transactions are carried out through the bank's electronic payment systems. If your friend and you use an account in the same bank, the transfer will be confirmed to you immediately. If you use the services of different banks in Bulgaria, the transfer will be confirmed to you within 2/4 hours or early in the morning of the next day, if the payment was made to you after 15:00.
  • Is there a limit to the amount I can transfer to a friend or the amount I can pay at a merchant through IRIS PAY?"
    Through IRIS PAY you can pay for goods or services at a merchant and order a transfer to a friend of up to BGN 10,000.
  • Can I pay at a merchant or transfer money to a friend if they don't use IRIS PAY?"
    In order to make a payment through IRIS PAY, it is necessary for both parties - the sender and the recipient of the amount - to have the IRIS PAY application installed on their mobile phone or tablet.
  • Why do I get an error message when scanning a QR code / entering a 6-digit code / authorization problem?
    Please contact us via our contact form and send us a screenshot of the checkout screen showing the error message and containing the QR code and 6-digit code. We will verify the transaction and contact you.
  • After a successful payment, when can I see the transaction in my accounts?
